How much does a month at LA Fitness cost? ›

SilverSneakers® is the perfect class for seniors wanting to focus on overall total-body conditioning. Your instructor will guide you through a series of exercises using resistance tools to help build muscle and tone. Going at your own pace is encouraged!

These privileges allow you to bring two guests with you to use the club under the following conditions: The guest must be accompanied by you. The guest must sign a medical and injury release form each time they use the club facilities. The guest must follow all rules and regulations.

Power Circuit. Maximize your results in a Power Circuit class! Burn fat fast with high intensity intervals. Start the burn with body-blasting sculpting and calorie-crushing cardio bursts. Finish strong with some serious ab work.

So, what is the cheapest gym membership? At the end of the day, either Crunch Fitness's Basic membership or a Planet Fitness membership will cost you about $9.99 monthly, which is the cheapest you'll find among chain gyms.

Can I go to more than one fitness location? You can go to as many of locations as you like if they're in our network of over 15,000 fitness locations. We suggest calling the location before your first visit to see if you need an appointment to set up a no-cost membership with them.

Why am I not eligible for SilverSneakers? You may not be eligible for SilverSneakers if you're not eligible for Medicare, you're not enrolled in a participating Medicare Advantage plan, or you're enrolled in Original Medicare without a participating Medigap plan.

Original Medicare (Parts A and B) does not cover gym memberships or fitness programs. Since SilverSneakers falls under this category, original Medicare doesn't cover it. However, gym memberships and fitness programs, including SilverSneakers, are often covered as an additional benefit in Medicare Part C plans.

Certification: Group Fitness Instructor Certification (GFI)

Passing the ACE Group Fitness Instructor certification exam means that you have demonstrated your knowledge of anatomy, kinesiology, exercise physiology, instructional techniques and injury prevention.

When you visit a participating fitness center, show your SilverSneakers ID card at the front desk and tell the staff person you want to start using your SilverSneakers benefit.

All guests must prove that they are at least 16 years of age (or at least 13 years of age and accompanied by a parent or legal guardian) and sign a waiver of liability to use club facilities; a parent or legal guardian must sign the waiver of liability on behalf of guests under 18 years of age.

Signature, Multi State club membership allows access to all LA Fitness, Esporta Fitness, and City Sports Clubs in US and Canada. Recurring monthly charges must be paid by electronic funds transfer from your checking or savings account or automatic transfer from an accepted credit or debit card.

A mailed cancellation form postmarked at least 5 business days before your next billing date should result in no further billings. If notice is postmarked within 5 business days, you may be billed once more. If this occurs, we will refund that additional billing.
