Well, that all depends on which house we’re talking about – Cardi currently owns two primary homes that we know of, with one being located in Atlanta, Georgia, and another in Tenafly, NJ.

Back in November 2021, Cardi B posted a photo of herself standing in front of a massive double staircase in what looked to be an estate undergoing renovations. In her post, Cardi B announced that she had just purchased the home in New York, not far from where her family resides.
There’s just one problem – it’s not actually in New York. In reality, the 13,000 square foot estate is located in Tenafly, New Jersey – a little less than an hour from NY.
The rapper purchased the home for $5.85 million and has reportedly invested around $1 million in renovations. Given the photos of the construction site at the time of her purchase, it’s not hard to see how much work went into making her dream home!
Current aerials of the property show us that Cardi has added a full tennis court, saltwater pool, cabana to the grounds. Unfortunately, there aren’t any interior photos at this time.
After some pretty extensive digging, however, we can say that the estate spans 2 acres and features 9 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms as well as a plethora of amenities.
Some noteworthy features include a movie theater, temperature-controlled wine cellar, gym, chef’s kitchen, a library, and a wet bar!

In an interview with The Fader, the rapper chick commented on how at the time she paid about half of what she would have paid for an apartment the same size in the city. So what was the monthly bill, you ask? About $3k. Not bad for some #comeup salary.
Now, I have no idea how she does it, but she keeps her homes on the DL. Not even we could dig up an address for this place. BUT, she did give an interview to Vibe where she revealed her “real” home – grandma’s apartment in Washington Heights, Manhattan.

Cardi B purchased this French chateau-inspired estate back in January 2020 for around $5.5 million, according to records. The mansion boasts an impressive 22,000 square feet of opulent interior living space and is situated on 5.84 acres of lush Georgian land.

The artist recently opened up about how she was initially extremely hesitant to bring it up in interviews, mainly due to the fact that she was afraid she would lose her endorsem*nt deals and because she would never “…want a young person, a young girl, to think it’s okay to join it.”
However, eventually, word started to get out about her gang affiliation — in part due to a handful of social media posts where she openly repped them — which led her to open up about it more honestly in the media.
In an interview with GQ she said, “When I was 16 years old, I used to hang out with a lot of…Bloods. I used to pop off with my homies. And they’d say, ‘Yo, you really get it poppin’. You should come home. You should turn Blood.’ And I did. Yes, I did.”
The rapper continued on with: “You could talk to somebody that is considered Big Homie and they will tell you: ‘Don’t join a gang.’ The person that I’m under, she would tell you, ‘Don’t join a gang.’ It’s not about violence. It’s just like—it doesn’t make your money. It doesn’t make your money. I rep it, because I been repping it for such a long time.”
At 18 she started strippin’ aka “skrippin” — as I prefer to fondly call it — to make some cash after being kicked out of her house and to help her get out of an abusive relationship. This change in occupation led to her becoming #instafamous due to a combination of her interesting profession and #nofilter #bluntasballs attitude.
